PRICE INCREASE
Due to an unfortunate increase in pricing of materials from our suppliers, we regret to inform you that you will see a slight increase in pricing at Kimarah's Footprints effective February 14, 2022. We will continue to attempt to offer sales and discounts where applicable.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Every product is individually made, one piece at a time, therefore each product may differ slightly from the next. Slight imperfections may also occur, but we will do our best to prevent this.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To preserve the quality of your garment, we strongly suggest you follow these washing guidelines:
*Turn garment inside out
*Wash in cold water
*Hang, Air dry, or extra low
*Iron inside out
*Do not use fabric softener
TURNAROUND TIME
The turnaround time on your order starts when you’ve paid in full and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, products, sizes, details, etc.). Delay in receipt of any of this info can/will result in production delays. Our Standard turnaround time is 10 business day unless otherwise stated. Complex orders/add-ons may increase this time. Delays in the approval of mock up can/will result in production delays. Any order changes after the order is placed will also cause production delays. Kimarah's Footprints will not be responsible for delays resulting from any of the above and may not make your deadline. Please make sure you know exactly want you want and need before finalizing your order. If you have a specific deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when you place your order. A rush fee may apply. If you do not notify us of a due date until after your order has been placed and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of the control of Kimarah's Footprints (weather delays, shipping errors by suppliers, out of stock merchandise, Acts of God, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.
REGISTERED TRADEMARKS, LOGOS, & COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL:
In the event that Kimarah's Footprints is to imprint at the request of a client a likeness of a person, product, logotype, or any other device provided by the customer, Client hereby represents that said likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights thereto. On request of Kimarah's Footprints, buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold Kimarah's Footprints free and harmless from all liability and compensate Kimarah's Footprints for any loss, damage or injury, which Kimarah's Footprints may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the buyer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by Kimarah's Footprints as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the client.
ARTWORK
Clients rely on our design team to bring their ideas to life. We do most artwork at no charge, providing you are placing an order with us. However, if you are providing art and it needs to be recreated or if we have to spend a considerable amount of time on it, it will be billed at a predetermined rate between client and design team. We will let you know in advance if this is the case and give you an estimate of total time/cost. If you are providing artwork please make sure it is in the following formats (PDF, EPS, or .AI) The design should be sized to desired printed specs. All files must be 300 DPI or Vector format. Text must be converted to outlines. Printing, stitching, and other printed items can only be as good as the artwork. Kimarah's Footprints will not be responsible for poor quality customization due to poor artwork. Kimarah's Footprints is also not responsible for any misspelling or errors in your provided artwork.
FINAL ARTWORK APPROVAL
Clients are responsible for proofreading and approving the final artwork. We are not responsible for typos, non-matching colors, or overlooked errors. Please be mindful that once the product is completed, no more changes can be made. The customer is fully responsible for approving the final proof and layout before we begin printing. Since each printed piece is customized and the client approves the artwork before we begin printing, all sales are final.
GARMENT DISCLAIMER
Kimarah's Footprints is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and or garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.). We will inspect the garments as we print them, but we can not guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. If you find any of these garment defects, please let us know and we will work with the manufacturer to attempt to get you a refund. We will not refund or exchange any garment due to fit
